Alongside her, Karla focuses on customized facials, waxing and lash lift & tint services, enhancing your skin’s glow and natural lashes with treatments tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re coming in for silky smooth skin, glowing complexion, lifted lashes, or perfectly styled brows, we’ll guide you through every step of your service to ensure your experience is comfortable, informative, and relaxing. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Hidden Beauty Wax, my time is dedicated to providing you with exceptional service. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for everyone’s time, I have implemented the following policies: Cancellations & No-Shows: •Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled time. •No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late Arrivals: •A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. •If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied. Excessive tardiness may result in your appointment being canceled and subject to the 100% cancellation fee. I understand that unexpected situations may arise, and I will do my best to accommodate when possible. However, these policies are in place to protect my time and ensure I can continue to provide excellent service to all my clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
